Small Medium Enterprise Programmes

We are enabling positive change to happen to National and International Standards (UKCA, UK GDPR, ISO 27001, 9001, 14001, 45001), BS 10012/ISO 27701 Personal/Privacy Information Management System for General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Cyber Essentials for a number of small medium enterprises. We are building Business Process Models, Enhanced Management Systems and Management Dashboards to enable organisations to   'Keep a finger on the pulse' on their [Operations, Bottom line, Security Posture and Governance Status].

We work in collaboration with all interested parties to enable common goals to be planned and reached. When appropriate, we bring-in high-quality, cost-effective expertise ('trusted partners') to complete work-packages to ambitious but realistic timescales   WITHOUT   compromising quality in the process e.g. legal and compliance partner, ICT partner.

National Health Service Programmes

a.) We were approached by a Health Service company to stabilise operations at one of its service centres.

We acted as Facilitator to clarify what needed to be done and set-up clear procedures and documentation to effect order. We worked collaboratively with product suppliers, service provision companies, client personnel at all levels and brought the centre to 'stable' state. We practised good Business, Technical and People skills to achieve success.

b.) Another Health Service company approached us to implement ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems to become competitive in the marketplace. We prepared, trained, implemented the Integrated Business Management System (IBMS) and achieved Certification to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Standards. We are currently working on improving their security posture and governance status.

We worked collaboratively with product suppliers, service provision companies, client personnel at all levels to achieve successful implementation and certification. We practised good Business, Technical and People skills to achieve success.

Large Telecommunications Company Programme

We were approached by a large Telecommunications Company to manage controlled introduction of a Content Management solution.

We acted as Catalyst / Facilitator to clarify what needed to be done and how best to move forward. We worked collaboratively with 3rd party product suppliers, service provision companies, client personnel at all levels and paved the way for an optimum solution.

We used workshops and clear documentation to aid the process.

Saved £500,000 Programme

Two professional services organisations merged.

We were asked to support the challenging work of migrating 1000 personnel from a Legacy-based to a Web-based system, enabling personnel of "taken-over" and 'taking-over' organisations to use one system for time, cost and revenue recording.

We analysed the two systems, consolidated the data-flows to flow into the one system and managed the implementation of data migration.

As a direct result of consolidation, £500,000 was saved that otherwise would have been written-off !
